This vintage  from 1990 is #11 in the  Collector's Series. The ornament features a sweet child sitting on an iceberg with a flocked seal. There's a hook at the top for hanging.

The child has black hair and wears green gloves and a grey parka with red, dark grey, and white trim.

The ornament has been displayed, so it shows some light wear. The seal has a red mark on one cheek, as shown in the photos.

The iceberg says "1990" on the bottom.
